Visualisation of Love

3 times a day, do the following exercise:

  • Close your eyes, take several deep breaths and visualise your partner;
  • Gradually refine the image until you see your partner as a whole, spiritual being who has been wounded in ways you now know about;
  • Hold the image in your mind and visualise your love healing your partner’s wounds;
  • Visualise the energy of love that you are sending to your partner coming back and healing your wounds; and
  • Imagine that the energy flows backwards and forwards continuously.
