3 times a day, do the following exercise:
- Close your eyes, take several deep breaths and visualise your partner;
- Gradually refine the image until you see your partner as a whole, spiritual being who has been wounded in ways you now know about;
- Hold the image in your mind and visualise your love healing your partner’s wounds;
- Visualise the energy of love that you are sending to your partner coming back and healing your wounds; and
- Imagine that the energy flows backwards and forwards continuously.
